We offer full, filtered Internet access. Using a high-speed
Internet caching web site filter we offer users a high-quality access to the
vast richness of the Internet without fear of accidentally clicking
something that may embarrass you. Clicking an offensive site gets you a
"Sorry, Access is denied to this Site" blocked page. This gives our
customers a level of comfort not found with many other providers. We have

We Filter More
We were not satisfied to just offer our customers the best filtered
Internet access (fewer offensive websites) we also wanted to give more back to customers.
Beginning December 2001, we began to filter
Email, that's correct we filter email for harmful viruses (99%
effective rate for anti-virus) and
SPAM (unwanted junk mail). With a 95% effective rate, and for
no extra charge we are attempting to deliver Email without trash. We use two
methods to reduce unwanted trash from our incoming mail one is a commercial
grade device that compares incoming mail with a list from KNOWN spam sources
(spamcop.com) and others. The other method is: a developing (under
constant improvement) list of offensive keywords and phrases.
Better Technical Support
Calls are answered in fastest time, and more
problems are resolved by highly qualified technicians on the first call. The
people on staff at our call center speak more clearly too. Staffed by well
spoken professionals our call center is always accurate in getting to the
cause of the problem and resolving it faster.
Please note: What is not supported? Faxes, Cellular Telephones,
Printers, Scanners, Web Cameras, or any other device or service not
purchased from our company. Calls to our support center are subject
to an additional fee of $9.95 (minimum) per incident if the issue(s) are with devices
or services not purchased from our company.
Always Free Web Space
Offering a totally free Internet space to create a website. Each member
or customer account holder may have up to 10megabytes of Internet web space to express
themselves with (limit one per family please). We also give a free program to upload the site
with when they are ready to show-off the finished work to the
